Beverly Micucci's extraordinary "Daphne in Paris." She also had an altered book, "Ooh La La" with a Paris theme but no paper doll...I might have conflated the two in this post.
Alina Kolluri and I took turns holding the book open for photographs.
Amazing work. I especially like Daphne's dress that comes accessorised with an elegant spotted dog!
